Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.
Where we ship
Quelune ships to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Peak periods may cause delays.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your dispatch email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.
Customs and duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Quelune has no control over and cannot predict these fees.
Delivery issues
Not received: If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us at quelune@outlook.com.
Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong address: We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please review your delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
