What does Quelune sell? Korean-inspired skincare and collagen supplements. Five products: the PDRN Pink Collagen Volume Multi Balm, the Salmon PDRN Collagen Gel Mask, the Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, the Multi Collagen Complex 8:1, and the Elastin Skin Tightening Formula.
Who are you? A small direct-to-customer brand. Orders ship from us, not from a marketplace listing, and the inbox below is answered by us.
The Pink Collagen Multi Balm
What is it? A twist-up balm pairing PDRN with collagen, peptides and hyaluronic acid. Designed to do the work of several steps in one.
What is PDRN? Polydeoxyribonucleotide, an ingredient derived from salmon DNA that Korean skincare has built around in recent years. Here it is paired with 5% Volufiline, 200 dalton collagen and peptides.
How do I use it? Twist up the base and glide it onto the areas you want to target: cheeks, smile lines, lips, or anywhere that goes dry. Morning or night, on bare skin or over the rest of your routine. One swipe per area is plenty. One stick lasts around 4 to 6 weeks with daily use.
Does it have a scent? No. It is fragrance-free, and the pink tint comes from the ingredients rather than added dye.
Can I wear it under makeup? Yes. It leaves a soft cushioned finish rather than a heavy film.
The supplements
Multi Collagen Complex 8:1 — eight collagen types from five sources, with vitamin C, biotin and hyaluronic acid. Two capsules daily. Contains eggs and fish.
Elastin Skin Tightening Formula — 1,000mg marine elastin peptides per serving, from wild-caught fish. Two capsules daily, 30-day supply. Contains fish.
How long before I judge a collagen supplement? Skin proteins turn over slowly. Give either one eight to twelve weeks.
Can I take both? They do different jobs — collagen for structure, elastin for recoil — so they are designed to work alongside each other rather than instead of each other.
Ingredients and safety
Is the skincare suitable for sensitive skin? The balm and masks are fragrance-free. Patch test a small area first if your skin is easily irritated. For external use only, and keep away from the eye area.
Can I use these if I am pregnant or breastfeeding? Check with your doctor before starting any new skincare or supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Orders and shipping
Where do you ship? To 28 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most of the EU, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. The full list is on our Shipping Policy.
What does shipping cost? Rates are shown at checkout based on your destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 USD.
How long will my order take? Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin from dispatch, not from the order date.
How do I track my order? You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow a few days for it to start updating.
Will I be charged customs or duties? International orders may incur import duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees set by your local authorities. These are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states they are prepaid. Details by region are on our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
What is your refund policy? A 60-day money-back guarantee on any order. If a product is not right for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the product price in full. You do not need to send back an empty container. Full terms are on our Refund Policy.
Do I have to post it back? In most cases no, because return postage usually costs more than the item. If we do need a return we will tell you and say who is covering the postage.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to return the damaged item.
Can I cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. If it has not shipped we will cancel and refund in full.
